As early as 2020, the decision was made at Finkl’s Erlebnis Motorrad GmbH in Augsburg to move into a new building.
Finkl’s represents a total of 6 motorbike and scooter brands and is one of the largest dealers in southern Germany.
In 2021, the company ECON Werkstattausrüstung and partner of Geovent was asked to submit a concept proposal for the workshop equipment.
At Finkl, clear specifications had to be met; handling, cleanliness, simple ergonomic handling were the main focus.
All 11 lifting platforms (workplaces) Made by ECON had to be accessible in order to be able to vacuum clean each vehicle and secure cleanliness and healthy working conditions.
Since the platforms were not arranged in a row, ECON recommended the proven Geovent spring hose reels, with the advantage that very long hoses could be mounted, so that all workplaces had to be accessible.
For the arrangement in a row, Geovent ‘s suction slot channel could also have been recommended.
The customer is very satisfied with the 3 GEOVENT hose reels as each workplace can be reached easily.
The mounted hose reels are connected to a central fan and the exhaust duct was routed through the roof.
Each hose reel is equipped with a Y-piece for double exhaust pipes. The 2 rubber nozzles at the end of each hose are equipped with Geovent dampers, so that maximum extraction capacity is always available.
The customer is very satisfied with the Geovent products and the advice, delivery and installation provided by ECON. The system has now been in operation for some time and nothing has changed in terms of satisfaction.
