Hose reels GTE – electric driven
The Geovent hose reel type GTE is used for extraction of exhaust gases, welding fumes,etc. The advantage of using this principle is that an extraction hose is always available and the roll-out hose does not take up space on the floor.
The hose reel type GTE is one of 2 in the series of hose reels based on a common platform. This means that the hose reel GTS (spring driven) can easily be upgraded from spring driven to electric.
The most common hose reels are 1000 mm wide, but they are also available in a width of 750 mm and 1400 mm. They are available with hoses in dim.: ø80, ø100, ø125, ø150 and ø200 mm. Lengths up to 15 m.

- Hose reel GTE comes with a powerful tubular motor and radio remote control for easier operation.
- The GTS variant comes with a powerful steel spring.
You can connect hose reel types GTE and GTS to the central extraction system or or to a Geovent fan type MSQ-200 by use of a dedicated flange.
It is available with an automatic start/stop switch.
Multiple types of hoses available
The hose reel GTE is supplied with the GeoFlex exhaust hose. The GeoFlex exhaust hose has a temperature capacity of +170°C – briefly up to +200°C.
If there is a wish for a hose which can be overrun multiple times, or if there is a need for extraction of exhaust fumes from cars with a turbocharger, from trucks, wheel loaders, caterpillars or military equipment there is a need for a high-temperature hose which is also available.
