GEOVENT offers a number of nozzles for extraction of exhaust fumes, in for example garages or other places where you need to start vehicles indoor.
The various nozzles are adapted to different car sizes/exhausts and to the needs of the workshop and the employees. Today, this task is more complex as vehicle manufacturers are offering a lot of different cars with a large variety of exhaust pipe designs.
The nozzles are available with or without a damper, can be mounted with quick couplings, and can be attached to balancers, channel ducts, and hose reels.

Adjustable trolley for placement behind cars with exhaust pipes on both sides.
Double exhaust trolley
Adjustable trolley for placement behind cars with exhaust pipes on both sides.
Adjustable in height from 60-785 mm and in width from 320 – 1640 mm measured from the center of the nozzle. The arms can be adjusted from 90°-180° and the nozzles can be tilted approx. 45°, so the openings face obliquely upwards. The trolley has 4 turnable wheels. The trolley is fitted with nozzles, hoses, and Y-piece for connection to a hose ø100 mm.

Nozzle type Smart Cool SC. A nozzle with a damper, and adjustable grill for adding cooling air
Smart Cool SC
Type Smart Cool SC is an adapter with a damper, and adjustable grill for adding cooling air. With this function it is possible for the cool air to be added gradually, when extracting high temperature air. When the regulation grill is open, it will extract air from the room and mix it with the exhaust gas from the vehicle. Available in ø100, ø125, ø150 and ø200 mm.

A nozzle with spring-loaded flap fit on the most all single exhaust pipes.
The nozzle can be mounted on systems with quick couplings, hose lifts, channel ducts and hose reels. Dimensions are ø80, ø100, ø125, ø150 mm and with extended diameters ø100/130 mm and ø125/150 mm. The nozzles have outlets for CO2- gauging.

Type SA is made of a very flexible rubber compound, which fits on virtually all exhaust pipes – it simply adapts to the shape of the exhaust pipe.
The design ensures that the extraction nozzles do not scratch the painted skirts or the bumpers of the car. The nozzle comes with or without vice grip and with or without damper. Dimensions are ø100-125 mm and ø150 mm.

Type SFI
SFI rubber nozzle is a circular nozzle for internal fixation to the exhaust pipe. The nozzle is easily and solidly fixed to the exhaust pipe, when the metal brackets are expanded inside the exhaust pipe, by and external handle. Available for hoses size ø100, ø125 and ø150 mm.

Type SBM
Type SBM is an oval rubber nozzle with a 45° bend. It fits the exhaust pipe tightly using the inflatable compressed air pods. It must be connected to the air pressure system at 1 bar. The nozzle is available in dimensions for both cars and trucks. Available with kevlar for use at high temperatures.

Type AU2 is for the extraction of exhaust fumes when measuring of the engine on a roll field etc., where the demand for extracted air volume is large. The funnel is constructed in such a way that it has no influence on the test results. The funnel is provided with a waste tray and a height adjustable stand. Dimensions: ø150 and ø200 mm. The nozzle comes as standard with a hand pump for activation and a release valve for deactivation, and it can as an option be delivered with a pneumatic activation set.
